Do you allow pets?
While we love our pets, this home does not allow pets of any kind anywhere on the property. Violators will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund. If pet odor is smelled in the property upon departure an additional fee may be added.
How far is the beach from the property?
Open the double doors and step out to the pathway leading right to the beach with panoramic views of the West End and Provincetown Harbor! Enjoy the sights, sounds, and sunsets with Provincetown Harbor as your backdrop.
Are parties or events allowed?
We totally get it - Ptown is very lively and festive! You’re welcome to have friends over, just please be respectful, don’t host a ton of people, no house parties, and please don’t trash the place.
Please use good judgment and do your best to realize that we worked very hard to buy, decorate, and maintain our home.
What are the check-in / check-out procedures?
We have keyless entry using the August Wi-Fi SmartLock. There is no keypad with this lock. You will be locking and unlocking the door with your phone. In the days leading up to your arrival, we will send an invitation to the cell phone number of the person who booked our cottage.
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if we have a gap between guests.
Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 AM
Can I smoke at the property?
Our home is a smoke-free home.
Please do not smoke or vape anything inside or outside the building, in the courtyard, or anywhere on premises.
The smell of pot smoke, bud, and joints is very strong.
We really must emphasize no smoking or vaping on premises. The smell lingers for a long time, and that’s not fair to us or to our future guests.
Where do I park?
If you're driving, we have one deeded parking spot that you are welcome to use if your vehicle fits.
We are thrilled to offer one dedicated space with our cottage! The space is all the way to the left in the parking area directly in front of the cottage.
